Common questions.
What people ask before and after they download.
How do I sync across my devices?
Cross-device sync is part of Pro. Turn on Pro and sign in, and your sessions, tasks, presets, and settings sync privately across your devices. Until then, everything stays on your iPhone.
Can I use FocusFlow without an account?
Yes. FocusFlow works fully offline with no account, and nothing except cross-device sync depends on signing in. Your data stays on your device, and you can sign in later if you ever want it on a second device.
How do I cancel FocusFlow Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select FocusFlow Pro, and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Open your profile, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and its synced data are permanently removed from our servers. Anything stored only on your iPhone is removed when you delete the app.
Does FocusFlow work offline?
Yes. Focus sessions, tasks, and your on-device history all work with no connection at all. If you use Pro sync, your changes upload the next time you are online.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you have bought Pro before, open your profile, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases. Your subscription or lifetime purchase reactivates under the same Apple ID.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In your profile, open Settings and choose Backup and Export to download a file with your data. Useful for keeping a backup or moving to a new iPhone.
What if I have a feature request?
Email support@focusflowbepresent.com with the idea. Every message gets read, and user suggestions have made it into the app before.
