Live on the App Store
The studio behind FocusFlow.
FocusFlow is a focus timer, task list, and progress tracker for iPhone, built in Toronto by Soft Computers. The free plan runs fully offline, needs no account, and does not track you.
Why we built FocusFlow.
Most focus apps ask for too much. An account before your first session, notifications all day, and screens full of settings you never wanted. We wanted a timer we would actually keep using, so we built one.
The problem
Focused work breaks easily. Every extra alert, screen, and sign-in prompt costs attention, and most apps spend that attention freely. We could not find one that treated a single hour of real work as the whole job.
The idea
Put the essentials in one app. A timer you can read from across the room, a short list of what the day holds, and a plain record of the time you put in. No feeds, no account, no clutter.
What it became
FocusFlow, live on the App Store today. A focus timer with 14 ambient backgrounds and 10 themes, tasks you can turn into presets, progress with streaks, XP, and 50 levels, and Flow AI, a focus coach that runs on the device. The free plan is the full core app: offline, private, and free.
